    Shipping & returns


    Orders placed before 2 p.m. CST Monday-Friday will ship out the same day. All $5 Flat Rate, and Free Shipping packages are shipped via economy, usually either first class mail, or priority mail.

    Both have 1-3 day shipping times, depending on location.

    Priority Mail Express can be selected at checkout with an additional fee.

    Shipping times for express are usually 1-2 days.

    If you are not satisfied for any reason you may return new and unused items in the original box with all accessories within 30 days for an exchange or refund to the credit card account charged, less any shipping fees incurred by the seller or purchaser. In order to receive a refund, all merchandise must possess the original manufacturer barcode and product identification labels. Defective merchandise shall be returned directly to the manufacturer under their return policy, we would be happy to assist with the process. On exchanges or returns, shipping must be prepaid and insured, we can take payment and email you a shipping label. Merchandise must include a copy of our invoice or packing slip (you should have one via email). Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. Norco Tackle reserves the sole right to refuse the return of any item in which the purchaser has made previous multiple returns or if the product has been used. In addition, we will not accept orders from customers that have demonstrated a high incidence of returns after purchase.
